Abstract

Sailing is a special industry with its own unique characteristics and organization and organization. The duties of seafarers on ships increase as ships increase and the laws and conventions required converge, while business ships are traditionally long established with two main deck and engine departments and one sub-departmental logistics department. Has been. Research shows that human error is one of the major causes of marine casualties in the seas. In this research, we try to investigate the causes of human error that lead to accidents and their relationship with the job organization of seafarers. Given that business organization on commercial ships has not changed from its inception so far, this may be one of the reasons for the disadvantages of this organization to its job requirements.
