Abstract

 Today, there is an agreement among scholars that human resources is one of the most important and fundamental social capitals, and the role of expert and committed women as a part of trained human resources is indisputable in the comprehensive development of the society. This research has been conducted to predict employees' vocational competencies using artificial intelligence. For this purpose, 83 employed women were studied. To design the artificial neural network, the data related to employees’ knowledge (in 4 dimensions), skills (in 21 dimensions), and personal traits (in 13 dimensions) were collected. Then an artificial neural network with multi-layer perceptron and three-layer neural algorithm (38.33.1) was designed. Prediction of the vocational competencies in the experimental group was performed using the designed artificial neural network model, and they were compared using multiple regression model. The results indicated that the artificial neural network was significantly successful in the optimal performance index (turbulence matrix). This research can help develop the methodology and process of selecting competent individuals in the field of women.
