Abstract

Effective management of risks is one of the main pillars of the success of a project. The project management team must identify and analyze all possible risks in the project so that it can adequately respond to risks at a reasonable time. So far, different techniques have been proposed for risk analysis of the project. However, each project has unique characteristics, but the emergence of a field of management called Risk management and how to deal with it, and providing coded strategies for converting risk into opportunity or threat, and finding the knowledge to learn as accurately and quickly as possible. Quantitative and qualitative risk analysis methods in the early stages of the project are subjects that have long been involved with the minds of managers and risk experts. The main purpose of this study is to define a variety of Quantitative risk analysis methods and compare and evaluate them in different situations in order to select the best method and methodology for quantitative risk analysis.
