Abstract

A surveyoncriminal Policies intheIranian Criminal labor law A surveyoncriminal Policies intheIranian Criminal labor law One of the rights of citizens is the right to workthat requires the various protections. In this regard, thecriminal laborlaw regulates relations and thecriminal law regulates labor relations betweenWorker and employer through the formulation of criminal policies. Thecriminal policyisthe measures to identify criminal offenses and torespond appropriatelytowards that. The criminal policy is due to the perpetrators and theinstitutions involved in, divided intolegislative criminal policy, criminal justice policies, and criminal executive policies. Thelegislative criminal laws fromlegislative areapproved by criminal law, criminal justice laws by judicial institutions and by measures such as easy access, quick handling and participating inthe criminal proceedings and executive procedures by preparing and regulating regulations, guidelines and Supervision over the implementation of labor regulationsthat is realized through the inspection bodies.
