Abstract

 The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of Social capital in promoting telecommuting. Creating and developing telecommuting requires cultural infrastructure more than anything else, because it not only affects people's social and work lives, but also their family and personal lives. The concept of Social capital focuses on human relationships. Relationships that flow in all moments of daily life and during human life and affect its behavior and attitude. In general, the concept of Social capital can be expressed in the following phrases (communication is important. People connect with each other to do things that they alone are either unable to do or will have many problems to do). As a result, despite the high Social capital, it will be possible to promote telecommuting.
