Abstract

Virtual Space that has involved all aspects of human’ s life has influenced Iran’ s Islamic community as well. Therefore, taking into account the Supreme Leader’ s guidelines, Islamic community as one of several stages of realizing modern Islamic civilization is facing some damage from Virtual Space. However, the role of revolutionary institutions such as NAJA under its legal obligations and framework in making Virtual Space secure and useful has remained obscure. Therefore, we face the question that what is the NAJA’ s status to create and continue Islamic community under the framework of the Supreme Leader’ s intellectual system? It seems that NAJA can play an important role in forming and securing a community full of material development and spiritual progress by providing (social, economical and moral) security and public comfort and happiness. This article aimed at showing NAJA’ s actual and potential ability to establish a community of believers who pave the way for creating modern Islamic civilization. According to the current study, the realization of this goal happens only by describing and analyzing the Supreme Leader’ s statements and teachings. NAJA as an active actor and equipped with a different understanding of Virtual Space under the frameworks of revolutionary norms can achieve the status specified by the Supreme Leader.
