Abstract

One of the ways to develop and expand the scope of authority and influence of the country's strategic depth of cultural and social practices in international engagement. The student exchange and education and training among these is the youth of other countries. But adopting this policy is not without problems. In fact, immigration patterns, different societies have different consequences. In some forms immigration, internal resistance is reduced and fragile identity.
