Abstract

Background. So far a great deal of investments has been made by different organisations and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technologyon educating PHYSICAL EDUCATION experts in Iran. However it is not known how many graduated individuals have been employed in this field, and what are the most important problems facingthem after their graduatingfrom the universitiesMethod. The open questionnaires were distributed among 15 experts to formulate the main questionnaire of the research that included 23 questions.The work or home address of graduates in different parts of the country (8 regions) were taken from the universities and the suitable form was sent. Results. The findings indicated that 78% of graduates were interested in the field of PE. 78% of the subjects said that there is not a suitable understanding by people of PE. The findings demonstrated that the subjects had an inappropriate economic situation, however, they were happy in their work because the various interesting aspects of PE.
