Abstract

University PROFESSORS are highly qualified specialists who have an important role in society. Their contemporary urban life style can decrease the quality and quantity of their work performance and may even cause physical and psychological disturbances. In this descriptive research study we have evaluated the kind of activity these PROFESSORS engage in during their LEISURE TIME and the amount of time spent on SPORTs or exercise activities. Factors effecting their exercise time and also optimum use of facilities available were evaluated with use of a questionnaire which was sent randomly. To the PROFESSORS and the data was statistically evaluated.
