Abstract

Objective: The objective of this study was a clinical and radiographic evaluation of Neo-Os particles in bone regeneration in the distal of mandibular second molar after SURGICAL EXTRACTION of mesioangular and horizontal WISDOM TEETH.Materials & Methods: In this study 26 patient participate for extraction of bilateral mandibular WISDOM TEETH. Eight cases omitted from study because they were absents for six mounts follow up.1- In test group on one side the defect in distal of the mandibular second molar filled with Neo-Os particles.2- In control group on the other side of the same patient the defect just debridemented.All patients were female at the age between 20-50 years.After six mounts the intra oral radiography and clinical gingival attachment in distal of mandibular second molar were examined for bone regeneration.Results: 1- In this study bone level in the distal of second molar relation to C.E.J in control group 6 months after surgery was upper than the bone level before surgery.2- In this study bone level in the distal of second molar relation to C.E.J in experimental group 6 months after surgery was upper than the bone level before surgery.Conclusion: Statistical analysis (with %95 confidence) shown that there is no difference between test group and control group in bone regeneration.
