Abstract

Anxiety is a most prevalence problem which is seen in the field of medicine, psychiatry and Psychology. (Robert, et al., 1998). Relaxation is a method that has a noticeable value on reducing anxiety (Bemstein, Borkovec, 1973). The use of relaxation technique in medicine, clinical psychology, and psychiatry has a long history. Performed studies indicate that relaxation can cause visible reduction of anxiety (melamed, 1984)
