Abstract

Rural development as development target and or a strategy for achievement to it is, emphasis in many countries, particular in developing countries. The planning has a role very importance in rural development. In addition to this, the rural development planning has several stages such as; plan preparation, implementation, plan monitoring and evaluation. Therefore to use of an obvious methodology is necessary in process of rural development planning. There are many methodologies on rural development. But the methodology of rural development planning of a country must be framed in the context of its political and social systems. Therefore it is unrealistic to conceive a general or ideal methodology application for all countries.
