Abstract

This artical aims at investigating the relationship between political institution and government, with family, from a systemic perspective based on certain structural functionalist assumptions. An attempt has been made to highlight the significance of such relationships in improving the social status of family and programs dealing with cultural development. Initially, each of the important terms. "political institution", "government" and family will be defined and their relationship will be explained. Then, certain approaches that deal with familywill be examined perspectives. The main function of family, in this study, is considered to be the training of manpower and, in particular, political socialization, while the role of government is to support family and pave the ground for its political socialization.
