Abstract

In recent years, studies about effective factors on CAPITAL STRUCTURE have been performed in different countries that all of them attempt to determine and make clear the factors that affection decisions about CAPITAL STRUCTURE. The effect of STOCK LIQUIDITY on CAPITAL STRUCTURE and the effect of other factors such as firms size, MARKET TO BOOK VALUE OF EQUITY, tangible fixed assets and PROFITABILITY on CAPITAL STRUCTURE have been studied in previous researches. We examine the effect of these variables on CAPITAL STRUCTURE. Therefore, 60 sample firms that their required data for a four years period (1380-1383) was available are selected. The panel data regression is used to examine the hypotheses. Significance of the estimates and models are examined by T and F statistics.
