Abstract

In order to conduct an evaluation of the students" attitude towards JOB EXPECTATION and the socio-economic factors affecting it in Mazandaran university, a framework was first set in which the past studies were reviewed and then a theoretical framework was defined containing seven hypotheses. The research method used was quantitative and the technique used for collecting data was standard questionnaires. The sample volume contained 380people who were divided based on gender and course of study. The dominant techniques used in this research were Kendall"s Tau coefficients, Spearman correlation coefficients, Tau significance test, Spearman significemce test, Cramer"s cofficient, multiple regression, as well as mono dimentional and bidimentional tables and histogram digrams.
