Abstract

Dedication as a process of transferring assets with a benevolent intention if rational planning and management can be a capital for the Development of social and geographical space. In fact, Dedication is mainly capital goods, including money, land and real estate, which can play a significant role in the calculation of the Capital Accumulation of any geographical area. The present paper attempts to analyze the geographical distribution of Dedication in selected Counties. This research has been done through documentary study. Geographic Information System (GIS) was used to represent the spatial distribution of duplicate capital. Finally, it can be concluded that there is inequality in the distribution and accumulation of capital Dedication between regions. Also, the model of accumulation and accumulation of capital in the geographical area of the province indicates a "polar pattern". In other words, the pole of the capital goods can be seen in the center of the province with a great difference. Therefore, it can be expected that the effectiveness of Dedication in the space economy and human welfare will have a significant difference between regions.
