Abstract

Informal settlements are a special housing pattern, which has a large part of the population, and is mainly low-income. Since the principle of fair distribution of urban services is the ability of all classes to access these services, providing suitable urban services for Informal settlements and proper urban residents' access to these services is one of the most important issues in urban planning. Because the metropolis of Tabriz is integrated into the system and the regions and regions, the lack of attention to some areas can create problems for the whole city. Understanding the Informal settlements neighborhoods in the metropolitan areas of Tabriz regarding the level of utilization of urban services and their ranking in relation to the various indicators available in the following research and providing a program for organizing and optimal service of these neighborhoods have been the objectives of the research. The research method is descriptive-analytical and data gathering tool using available resources and detailed design data and evaluation of service distribution using VIKOR model. The results of the research indicate that Informal settlements have better service and amenities near to more affluent and better economic and social conditions.
