Abstract

Introduction: the frustration of the student's at the national and international test's like "times" has encountered the education system with many questions. with no doubt, different factors are involved in the achievement of this outcome. Regarding three sides, the student's, teacher and content, this survey emphasizes on the role of the teacher's because they have a key role in education. this idea that only having content knowledge isn't enough for an Effective Teaching, this survey emphasizes on the pedagogical content knowledge. pedagogical content knowledge is a competence that the teacher's need for presenting an Effective Teaching. they present the content accurately in detail's and respond to the student's need's using this knowledge. hence, it's necessary to pay attention to this important subject in teacher training center's.
