Abstract

Following the change in lifestyle, the need for various services also increased, and to comply with the new requirements and to achieve sustainable development, organizing the worn-out textures has becomes more important. The purpose of this study was organizing the physical, social, and cultural development worn-out texture using sustainable urban development approach in Amol. Considering the time of conducting this study the research was fulfilled during the years 1393 and 1394. In this applied research descriptive and documentation methods as well as correlation analysis were used. The sample size of this study consisted of 304 heads of households living in worn-out textures and ٣ ٠ relevant experts. To collect the data, questionnaires, the neighborhood map, library resources as well as field visits were used. The obtained results were analyzed using SPSS software and statistical tests and the results of the questionnaire, were used in the SWOT. Thus, according to the results of research it was concluded that the proposed intervention model has been presented based on sustainable urban development.
