Abstract

This study, relying on the policy of the criminal partnership and with the aim of preventing the smuggling of prohibited goods, etc. sought the answer to this question is: the function of the institution of Popular Mobilization in the inhibition of the phenomenon of trafficking, What is it? . The research is of a descriptive-analytical nature and has been carried out with a survey technique. First, the staff of the Counter-Trafficking Staff examined the questionnaire as an expert, and the reliability of the questionnaire was determined as 0. 75 for Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population was made up of Basijis and Basij commanders, with 170 of them answering questions as an example. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to describe the data, binomial nonparametric tests and Friedman ratings were used to analyze the questions. the test results binomial desirability degree of the influence of the components to determine. The importance of the above components of knowledge, education, culture in the fight against trafficking of prohibited goods with a Friedman test was determined. the Prevention of smuggling of goods banned complete dependence on to increase the level of awareness and culture. The institution of mobilization could be within other entities, the trustee, in the sphere of crime and social pathology plays a significant in the field of Prevention played it.
