Abstract

Due to the complexities of today's world, human life is constantly exposed to different crises. One of these crises that has recently challenged Tourism in the world and in Iran is the Covid-19 epidemic virus. It has faced major challenges. Therefore, this study aims to provide a Structural model of Crisis Management in the Iranian Tourism industry in order to help businesses cope with this crisis and its challenges. The research is based on the applied purpose, in terms of the nature of the explanation and has a quantitative approach. Based on the minimum sample (100 samples), 108 questionnaires were completed and measured by Smart-PLS software. According to the results, the proposed Structural model for the supply sector in the face of crisis has been approved.
