Title

A model for improving the skills of managers of educational complexes in NAJA

Abstract

 The issue of skill development is of great importance for the police organization due to its important and sensitive tasks as law enforcement organization that provides order and security. The aim of this study was to design a model for improving the skills of educational complexes’ managers in the central orginization of NAJA. The research method is qualitative and in order to conduct in-depth interviews with experts and experts, a purposeful process using the snowball method was used, and Max Kyoda software was employed to analyze interview data and content. The Shanon weighting method was used for estimatingthe importance of skills and their rankings. The research findings include 3 themes in the field of individual, organizational and environmental skills, which include 7 main categories and 23 sub-categories. According to the qualitative model of research, individual skills include the main categories of general skills, self-knowledge, social and psychological skills, and organizational skills include the key categories of human resource development and staff empowerment. The qualitative model of environmental skills includes micro and macro environments. Also, the results showed that individual skills with a coefficient of 0. 34 are more important than organizational and environmental skills.
