Utilizing Cyber Tools in the Intelligence Aristocracy With an Emphasis on the Realm of Security

Abstract

 Cyberspace as a new phenomenon in human life is the product of the performance of the global network of internet. It is possible to collect, focus, move, process and use information by using information technologies between internet users and virtual space players worldwide. Therefore, this study aims to identify, codification, ranking and provide information nobility by using cyber tools. data collection tools include observation and questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and confirmed by cronbach’ s alpha coefficient in spss software. The research question is: what are the parenting strategies using cyber tools? statistical and descriptive calculations included mean, standard deviation and frequency percentage and the analysis method was done by matrix test and significance level of variables. The statistical population includes experts of strategic studies and experts of information nobility, passive defense and cyber warfare. The results show that intelligence-based analysis strategies are based on cyber space means dependent on two elements of human power with the number of components and components of equipment and facilities with the number of components. analysis of the matrix, while confirming the research hypothesis, shows that there is a significant relationship between the information nobles and the elements of human resources and the element of equipment and facilities by using cyber space tools.
