Abstract

1 Introduction The most wonderful part about beautifying poetry is that the poet is able to conceal another meaning inside the layers of speech based on his creative power. The use of terms in this case gives the word a temporary meaning for understanding the meaning. This is exactly the use of Metaphor which gives poetry a more imaginative design. The contemporary Kuwaiti poet “ Soad-Al-Sabah” has used it. In the words of scholars, a Metaphor is the use of word in a sense that it is not meant for. The similarity between these two senses prevents us from finding the original meaning. . . .
