A Quantitative Dynamic Model of Educational System (Case Study of Kermanshah Universities)

Abstract

Educational System in Kermanshah Universities. The aim of this study was applied and in terms of the nature and method was a descriptive survey. The population consisted of 330 university members in Kermanshah province using quota sampling method. Questionnaire was used for data collection, and also the validity (face) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) of the questionnaires were confirmed. The results of the hypothesis testing by SMART-PLS software, using t-test and path coefficients (β ) indicated that the contextual conditions had the most impact on Educational System scaling (0. 732) and the causal conditions scaling 0. 556 had the least effect. Hence, it is proposed to enhance the links between academia and industry of educational and applied courses for the community and families and engaging in the depth of social life as scientific leaders of society.
