Abstract

YTTRIUM BISMUTH GARNET (YBG) and its doped systems were prepared by citrate gel process. The condition and process of pure phase formation were confirmed by X-ray diffi'action . The studies of homogeneity and particle size of prepared GARNET were done by FTIR spectroscopy and SEM. The DTA study of YBG shows that the single phase state and particle size of YBG change with the amount of doped Mo as well as depend to the heating time.
