Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to exam the effect of Strategic Human Resource Management on Organizational Performance through the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Orientation. This research is an applied research in its objective and descriptive-survey method in correlational type. Statistical society of this study included 200 personnel of the governorate of North Khorasan, that all of them were selected as a sample because of the limited and availability of statistical society. The research data collection tools were the library method and questionnaires. Also, to assess the validity and reliability of the research tool, the expert opinion and Cronbach's alpha method are used. Spss 22. 0 and pls3 softwares were used to analyze the findings and design the model. The results of this study indicate that Strategic Human Resource Management have positive and significant effects Entrepreneurial Orientation, and both of them have positive and significant effects on Organizational Performance. The role of Entrepreneurial Orientation as a mediator variable was also confirmed. According to the results of this research, it is suggested that organizations use Strategic Human Resource Management, and identify the factors affecting the strengthening of the Entrepreneurial Orientation and through this, increase their performance.
