Abstract

Jihadi management is a category that is a twin of the Islamic Revolution that has emerged in various stages of the Islamic Revolution, but is distinguished in scientific boundaries that are not explained in the scientific journal and have not reached a comprehensive and definite definition among other universities. Has not been. Accordingly, in this study, a new model of management called “ Jihadi management” by the Supreme Leader has been tried by examining the schools of Western management and also considering the guidelines of Islam in the field of statehood, trade and public management issues. Introduced has been-is, explained. The purpose of the present study is to identify and study the Institutionalization indicators of the Organization using the model of Jihadi management and in this regard, it can be said that the present study is among the basic researches; Also, in this study, in order to collect data on Jihadi management in Organizations, the mixed research method has been used. The statistical population of this qualitative research consists of experts in the field of policy makers, managers, researchers and experts active in the field of Jihadi management. In order to create a proposed model, the qualitative method of content analysis theory has been used and sampling using Purposeful judgment sampling methods have been performed. . In this study, after interviewing 10 experts in the field of Jihadi management in government Organizations, a complete picture of the patterns, concepts, categories, characteristics and dimensions related to the research model is explained. According to the research results, policy development, transparency of laws, decentralized management structure, capacity building, control, elimination of redundant regulations, value-oriented, culture building, Organizational climate, equalization of opportunities, compensation system, HRMS facilitation, internalization and Organizational commitment as a structure The main indicators of the Institutionalization of the Organization are known as the Jihadi Model.
