Abstract

This research has done with the aim of survey of relation between PSYCHOLOGICAL HARDINESS and ROLE OVERLOAD With MENTAL HEALTH. The usable sample in this research is 200 people that has chosen randomly. The three questionnaires PSYCHOLOGICAL HARDINESS questionnaire (1984), ROLE OVERLOAD questionnaire (1969), MENTAL HEALTH questionnaire (1972) were used. The data analyzed by regression. The results demonstrator that between PSYCHOLOGICAL HARDINESS and ROLE OVERLOAD and MENTAL HEALTH of staff the meaningful relation. PSYCHOLOGICAL HARDINESS and ROLE OVERLOAD with MENTAL HEALTH have negative and meaningful relation with each other. PSYCHOLOGICAL HARDINESS and ROLE OVERLOAD can anticipate the MENTAL HEALTH.
