Abstract

A regioselective method for synthesis of pyrido[3, 4-b]pyrazine derivatives were reported in high yield and short reaction times through condensation reaction between 3, 4-Diaminopyridine and Arylglyoxals derivatives in DMF/EtOH at 55 oC.
