Abstract

Today, the Tourism industry is considered to be one of the world's most widespread industry and has advantages for the host and tourist. For example, the host can benefit from economic, cultural, and social benefits. The growth of this lucrative industry is remarkably significant. Is growing and there is a lot of capital in this industry. Today, as the first economy or a significant part of the income source of some countries is Tourism. Our beloved Iran also has many Tourism capacities that require decent management. One of these cities, The city of Bandar-Torkman, which is also the theme of the tourist's impact on this city and in addition to your aspect Residentially and economically, it also affects the agricultural sector. Also, due to porting it, the business sector can be considered as port capacity. The method is also a library. Research findings show that the economic factor is more than other factors. And at a later stage, there are cultural-social, physical-environmental, and physical infrastructure factors.
