Abstract

Euthanasia is a critical issue in the scope of life ending cares. Many people want to end their lives, without pain and suffering, and do not want to impose burdensome to their family members; besides these people, many doctors try to prepare for them the comfortable and quiet death. Many countries are attempting to legitimize this practice and in many countries are now being done legally. Of course, there are very serious opponents. Among the the medical, legal, and… discussions, ethical analysis of Euthanasia is a very important oe. This paper tries to review Euthanasia in terms of Intuition-based Deontologism, According to some of the most important ethical principles of David Ross. Principles such as loyalty, beneficence, selfimprovement, and avoidance of hurting others are at the top of the most important principles against Euthanasia. In this study, it has shown that only voluntary passive Euthanasia and palliative care could be allowed based on the principles of Intuition-based Deontologism.
