Abstract

Three cases of fungal rhinosinusitis are reported one with invasive and 2 with non-invasive disease. All three patients underwent endoscopic debridement. Direct endoscopic access in these cases facilitated resection of the diseased areas and produced physiologic conditions for sinus drainage.
