Abstract

One of the disputable subjects in Islamic society is USURY. The believers, bounding to perform the laws of Islamic jurisprudence want to know how they can clear religious society from USURY transactions. On the other hand, economic necessities, lending, and borrowing LOANs, have become daily subjects; therefore, planning new policies about USURY which are based on accepted jurisprudence standards, has become unavoidable.
