Abstract

A patient with left palatal expansion which had resulted lack of complete Insertion of maxillary denture approached the hospital Imam Khomaini Dept. merag Tehran University of medical sciences in Tehran, Iran.After POLYMORPHIC ADENOMA diagnosis, the patient was undergone HEMIMAXILLECTOMY surgery with a part of soft palate.Prosthetic treatments on patient were included surgical obturator, Intrim prostheses and definitive prostheses.Then the patient was under control for 22 years and no symptoms of disconfort were observed.
