To meet this aim, 1176 persons from various regions in Isfahan city were randomly selected using a multi-stage sampling method. The questionnaires used in this research were prepared for the first time. The value of Choronbach's alfa for the fairness of the world for women and men questionnaires was 0.798 and 0.811 respectively, The test-retest reliability for the research instruments was 0.82 and 0.85 respectively. The results showed that, women have negative attitude towards issues such as the world treats women fairly, women get what they deserve, women treat each other fairly in life, women earn the rewards and punishments they get, women get what they are entitled to have, women's efforts are noticed and rewarded, and deserving the misfortunes they encounter and have bring upon themselves.
