Abstract

Some Developing Countries were able to pbtain technological mastery in order to release the country from dependency. There have been many studies on technology development process. As a consequence, there were many models which used different terminologies and concepts, but have quite common characteristics; one is the importance of technology learning activities; the other is the series of technology development such as assimilation of imported technologies and generation of their own technologies through incremental technology change.
