Abstract

The present study is attempting to investigate the possible effectiveness of religious training, taken from the prophet Joseph' story, on changing the ATTITUDES in male and female relationship. It has been conducted in a group discussion approach. A total number of 191 subjects participated in these studies who were all students of Narjes and Pardis dormitories through 1386-1387. The Statistical sample of this study was 34 female students who had positive attitude toward MALE AND FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS. Regarding the research 0bjectives, changing the attitude toward MALE AND FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS, the procedure of data collection is as follows: After pre-testing the studies ATTITUDES toward MALE AND FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS, the procedure of data collection is as follows: After pre-testing the studies attitude toward MALE AND FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS were divided into two groups randomly (one as a control group and the other as an experimental group). Eight session group discussion on the prophet Joseph' Story has been planned for the experimental group. Then, a post-test has been administered on changing ATTITUDES toward MALE AND FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS. The data were analyzes through running indipended T-test and multi-cariant analyzer. The results show that THE PROPHET JOSEPH'S STORY in group discussion has caused changing in their ATTITUDES in case of MALE AND FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS. The Level of significance was a= 0.05.
