DETERMINING THE EFFECTIVE FACTORS ON THE CUSTOMERS MOBILE BANKING TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE

Abstract

 The rapid development of modern wireless communication technology, is promoting MOBILE COMMERCE (MC) as a significant application for both enterprises and consumers. One of the current uses of MC is MOBILE BANKing that supports banking operations by simple and accessible appliance in everywhere for customers. This service is being considered as a new and prominent system in Iran. One of the problems in it’s development is resistance and denial by customers. The goal of this article is discovering of effective factors in MOBILE BANK TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE from customers insight. In this article we review literatures and design a pervasive model for the goal and also this model is tested in the city of Tehran. In the result, we found out that gender has no effect on perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU), but some factors like past adoption, age, job, innovativeness, knowledge, technology cluster and advertising have effect on PU and PEOU.
