Abstract

Temporary marriage is one of the accepted institutions in Islamic jurisprudence and jurisprudence which differs from permanent marriage in terms and conditions. One of these differences is the obligation to pay alimony, which in the case of permanent marriage, the couple is obliged to pay the alimony against the Temporary marriage to the spouse.
