Abstract

A sloding MODE controller may be employed to improve the perfromance in response to variations an.INDUCTION MOTOR mechanical porameters and load torque. In this paper, a new sliding @ MODE controller is propased for an jndirect-vector controlled.INDUCTION MOTOR in which high frequency switching problem is avoided and sliding variables are reduced. A FUZZY CONTROLler in employed to adaptively enhance convergence speed. Test studies shows the acceptable. performance the proposed algorithm.
