Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide a model for measuring Structural Capital using identified factors in Yazd Railway Organization in order to manage this investment in a better way. This research in terms of purpose is applied research and in terms of methodology is descriptive survey research that due to the low population it has been surveyed by census. The data collection instrument is a research made questionnaire that its validity is through the validity of the structure and the content and its reliability is approved by Cronbach's Alpha and the composite reliability. For data analysis, structural equation modeling was used with the help of Smart-PLS Software. The results confirmed the hypothesis that according to it the provided model with the five-factor evaluation, including knowledge management, processes, innovations, culture and organizational structure was approved.
