Abstract

The purpose of the present article, to specify constituent elements of the MISSION STATEMENT. This study is applied and the type of analysis is quantitative. The population examined in this study is all the top universities in Iran and the world by reputable sites (ISC rankings for universities of Iran And QS for universities overseas) were ranked. Method of sampling was targeted. For this purpose, the top 10 ranking were selected from a list of internal and external. The results indicate that in writing the MISSION STATEMENT is Significant differences between domestic and foreign’s top universities in there such as considering the role of the state, Student satisfaction, the purpose of "control", and "Motivate".
