Abstract

For many years, researchers of different fields of sociology and humanities have gathered and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data separately in similar researches, but combining them as a research plan or methodology is rather new. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to determine MIXED METHOD as a new approach to the research and introduction of four plan research under the names of: TRIANGULATION, EMBEDDED, EXPLANATORY AND EXPLORATORY. Another purpose of this paper is giving practical examples in order that researchers meet to procedures of accomplishment of each design.
