Abstract

In this study, the MIDWIFERY EDUCATIONal PROGRAMs were evaluated on five main points as; performance quality of taught & practical EDUCATION, training facilities & possibilities, the PROGRAMs contents and managing style of the EDUCATION process. The research method was descriptive and completed on a statistical community consisting of 67 MIDWIFERY students and 27 instructors of the MIDWIFERY & nursing SCHOOL. Self-made questionnaires were the tools to collect the needed data. The findings implied that the taught EDUCATION was of average quality, and the instructors considered the practical training as well as its related possibilities and facilities to be of poor value while the students regarded them as moderate.Both the groups considered the EDUCATIONal PROGRAMs contents poor. The managing style of the PROGRAMs was recognized as poor by the instructors, while it was regarded as moderate by the students.
