Abstract

AHMAD AL-SAFI AL-NAJAFI was born in Iraq, he was a fighter Poet. Because of his campaign poems we should investigate his valuable works. This poet equalities with old and new poets for the sake of political campaign, roving pain, suffering, punishment, imprisonment and being refugee. We can see social and human opinions Najafi poetry. He was arrested in 1941 because of his anti-colonial position. During this period he had spoken about collaborative days in prison.Many of his poems was told in prison, were about the main reasons of his imprisonment. This article also briefly describes the biography of the poet and examines his poems in prison.
