Abstract

 In the safavid era and with art and architecture, the architects of the safavid era tried to make innovations in the field of architecture with the preservation of iranian architectural features. Among these features, it is possible to increase the visual burden in urban space development, giving the symbolic role to buildings with universal use and expanding the height of public buildings and giving them a special visual burden. This paper explores the comparative study of the school of Isfahan in the city of urbanism and architecture with the west. the research method of this study is descriptive-analytic which has benefited from a comparative study between historical periods with data collection instruments including library studies. the findings show that in the safavid era, which is the epoch of the iranian architecture, the method has been one of many changes and developments in iranian architecture. In this period, the number of architecture constructed in the set and format, each qualifies for architectural design, decorative and so on, and the adaptation of many architecture and architecture of this era is that the city and city are continually exposed. abstract architecture of the isfahan school has benefited from the mystical opinions that dominate this era and in a very anticipated plan, it has formed a harmonious structure, each component of its component, in a significant relationship with other parts, so that parts of its concept are received from the whole and the whole is dependent on components in its meaning. It is also associated with the collocation relations where the importance of relations is particularly salient to the whole.
