Abstract

Modern management must understand the critical points of your program and external and internal factors affecting their constituencies know, in fact, have their own programs, planning horizon and the timing set. Actions that may have negative impact on the implementation of the program may be in crisis, they identify and Neutralizing response in the event of any of them predict, respond quickly and lasting through the implementation of their plans and keep the dynamic. In this study, the managers of the future and its relationship with ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT has been in the city council crowbar. To determine and influence the future size of the directors on the progress of the organization of 600 employees of the city council officially crowbar or a contract and a contract this year worked were selscted 95 persons randomly. The results show that managers in their organizations to the future of PARTICIPATORY FUTURISM, analytical and future-looking vision to apply theoretical.
