Abstract

Urban sprawl design is now one of the most important urban planning and management priorities, as today› s cities have been criticized for confronting problems like crowds, congestion, high traffic density and traffic congestion. In this context, green spaces, campuses and parks of cities are important areas that provide a place for relaxation and recreation, and their design is considered for women; therefore, it is necessary to generalize the principles and criteria that must be met. Urban parks should be considered as a kind of open and public spaces for women in the city, and planning should be made to create attractive and suitable spaces for female citizens. The research method is a descriptive-analytical and meta-analysis that examines the criteria for designing urban space for women
