Title

Investigating The Organizational Factors Affecting The Promotion Of Military Morale And Organizational Efficiency (Case Study Of A Military Unit)

Abstract

 Recent research shows that there is a significant causal relationship between organizational factors and job satisfaction and by changing the amount of organizational factors affecting job satisfaction, the efficiency of human resources also changes. This relationship is also true in the context of organizational factors affecting the Military Morale and organizational efficiency of the Armed Forces, although there are differences between the organizational factors governing military environments and other environments. The purpose of this study is to assess the organizational factors affecting the promotion of Military Morale and organizational efficiency among the employees of a military unit. Research method is survey and data collection tool is questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed by using the focus group technique, conduct field studies, and the items of other questionnaires. The sample size using Cochran's formula and in terms of support coefficient, and in order to ensure that the sample does not fall and the questionnaire is fully received, is 324 people, who were selected through random stratified-cluster sampling out of all employees who worked in 2009-2010, as a statistical population. The results indicate that among organizational factors, work environment (R = 0. 329), leadership (R = 0. 304), Reward System (R = 0. 227), and Leisure (R = 0. 196) have the greatest impact on Military Morale and organizational efficiency, respectively.
